Mobile App and Internet Banking Account Deletion

 

At First Shore Federal, we value your personal data and privacy.  To align with Apple and Google Play store requirements,  we are providing our customers with the ability to request removal of their app accounts and associated data. 

If you would like to request removal of your Mobile App or Internet Banking accounts and related data, please log on to our website using a computer.  If you are using your Mobile device, please log on to our website using a Mobile Browser.  Once you have successfully logged onto Internet Banking, please click on "Secure Forms" and then "Secure Email Form" and submit your request.

Please type "Remove App Account" in the subject line of your secure email and provide us with a good phone number to reach you.  One of our Internet Banking representatives will be in touch with you to confirm the request is valid and initiate the process.

Upon execution of this request, First Shore Federal will delete all associated data held in our Mobile and Internet Banking system.  This data will no longer be assessible or available to any party.  Your accounts will remain active and your account transaction history will remain in our main banking system as long as your accounts are open, but all Mobile and Internet data will be deleted.
