To support our new look, all active First Shore Federal customers are receiving upgraded debit cards complete with our new logo AND new functionality! These new cards will be mailed out the week of September 22nd, however they cannot be activated until Thursday, October 9^th, so be sure to keep it somewhere safe until then.

Frequently Asked Questions

My current debit card expires in September - what do I do?

If your current debit card has a September 2025 expiration date, you can expect to receive two new debit cards during the month of September: a temporary card will be issued to you in addition to the newly upgraded version.

Your temporary debit card will be mailed out on Monday, September 8^th
- Your card number and the previous version of our logo will remain the same - the only change you will see is the expiration date.
- This temporary card may be activated immediately upon receipt and used through Wednesday, October 8th.
Your brand-new debit card with our upgraded logo and functionality will be mailed out the week of September 22nd.
- This is an entirely new debit card with a new card number, a new expiration date, and the new First Shore Federal logo.
- Beginning on Thursday, October 9th, you may activate and begin using your new debit card.

Am I considered an active customer?

You are considered active if you currently have a debit card and have used it between October 2024 to August 2025.

What do I do if I lose my new debit card before activation?

Beginning Tuesday, October 14^th, contact your local First Shore Federal branch to have a brand-new debit card printed on demand!
